Markéta Vochoska Haindlová
Founder and Chairwoman of CZEWIS

JUDr. Markéta Vochoska Haindlová, LL.M. is an attorney-at-law and the President of the Czech Football Players Association, who completed her studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2009 and after graduating from the LL.M. program at the University of Zurich became a leading expert in sports law in Europe. Thanks to the experience gained during her studies and her position as the chairperson of the Appeals and Review Committee of the Football Association of the Czech Republic, she participated in the establishment of the Czech Football Players Association, which she currently heads. She also currently serves on the board of the European Division of the FIFPRO World Players‘ Union, where she was elected in the summer of 2021, and as an expert on doping issues she is a member of the Board of the National Court of Arbitration for Sport. Other projects in which Markéta is involved include the Shoes4Life Foundation and the Association of Professional Athletes.

Lenka Helena Koenigsmark
Founder and member of the Executive Committee of CZEWIS

Lenka Helena Koenigsmark is a top marketing manager, for the last more than ten years she has been the Marketing Director of MATTEL for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

Within MATTEL, she also serves as Head of ERG – Diversity and Inclusion, where she works within the company culture to raise awareness of these issues and how it impacts real life. Outside of marketing and PR, he has been working for years on areas such as Diversity and Inclusion as well as CSR within companies and what it means for individuals.

As a mother of a severely disabled child, she knows first-hand what these issues mean and strives to raise their visibility in the public space.

Last year she ran for the Senate in Prague 6 with the theme of supporting the disabled, the elderly and women in politics. Besides, she often presents at conferences, speaking last year at TEDxUNYP, VOGUE live conference or this year at Czechitas, Sustainability summit or for Deloitte. She is the founder of Dobrodějna, a place that offers humanitarian aid to refugees.

Andrea Vlčková
Project Manager of ČAFH and CEO of CZEWIS

Andrea Vlčková has been the Project Manager of the Czech Football Players Association since 2021. As a former professional athlete who has also been involved in the football environment since childhood, sport and everything around it is very close to her. Her main focus is on women’s football and her vision is to take this sport in the Czech Republic to a higher level. In this context, for example, she has already attended the Women’s Football Summit, which was organized by the world players‘ union FIFPRO in Amsterdam.

Andrea studied International Relations and European Studies, her second mother tongue is German and she is currently also active in the Shoes4Life Foundation and the Association of Professional and Amateur Athletes.

Apart from the above, she is a proud mother of a young daughter who also loves sports, and therefore Andrea is very concerned about the future of the Czech sports environment and the role of women in it.

Daniela Nacházelová
Former top rower and co-founder of CZEWIS

Daniela Nacházelová Rowline is a former top rower, world under-23 champion, entrepreneur, writer and co-founder of CZEWIS (Czech Women in Sport).

She studied media communications at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, and won a scholarship to Washington State University, where she rowed for the Cougars.

She has written two books of interviews from behind the rowing scenes. Currently, she has written several stories from the sports environment.

Denisa Kubová
Vice-President of the Equal Opportunities in Sport Commission

Denisa Linhartová is a lawyer and author of the book Equal Pay for Women and Men in Professional Sport. In addition to her legal practice, she is also the Vice-Chair of the Equal Opportunities in Sport Commission of the Czech Olympic Committee. She is also working on the topic of compensation for psychological injuries, which is the subject of her second professional monograph, entitled Compensation for Mental Distress of Primary Victims, which will be published in the second half of 2023.

Bára Straková
Law Associate

Bára Straková is a law associate at Aegis Law, which also deals with sports law issues. In 2022, she completed her studies in the Master in International Sports Law program at ISDE Law Business School in Madrid, which is ranked as the best in Europe in the field of sports law. She finished her studies with a six-month internship at CRESTA in Brussels, where she had the opportunity to participate in the representation of players and clubs operating in the top European leagues.

Bára is a former professional skier who decided to combine her love of sport with her legal career. In addition to her work at the law firm, she is a member of the Communications Committee at the non-profit organization Women in Sports Law, and author of the blog Sports & Law Diary.

Lenka Hrabovská
CEO & Founder Unlimited Story

Lenka Hrabovská founded and runs the Unlimited Story agency, which primarily represents Czech sports personalities in the areas of PR & marketing, sponsorship and brand management. The aim of the agency is to support projects and personalities (sport, culture, education) in their further growth.

In her professional career, she has worked for example at the World Bank, Microsoft, as sales and marketing director of Barrandov Studio a.s. In recent years she has been involved in charity work, especially in the field of health and education. She was the founder and executive director of a foundation that helped families of premature babies.

She also works as a mentor and coach, and lectures on campus. She has received training in coaching and training in dispute resolution through mediation techniques from the Association of Mediators.

Barbora Langer
Manager, runner, enthusiast for a healthy lifestyle

A sports-oriented mindset has accompanied me throughout my life, both in personal and professional aspects.

Sports have been a part of my DNA since childhood; I competitively played tennis, then embraced fitness, and in recent years, running. I graduated in coaching from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport (Mgr), and obtained business know-how from the British University Prague College, specializing in International Business and Management (MSc). Living abroad (Italy, Netherlands, Germany) has given me the opportunity to explore various innovative directions in sports and work environments. I continuously gather information, follow trends, gain experiences, and strive to spread the importance of sports in life. I enjoy talking about it, writing, sharing through networking, or during joint running sessions. I compensate for pressure at my position as a corporate top manager with sports and time spent with my husband, son Fabian, and our pointer Tara. My motto is „Lead by example,“ and when you can’t, you can still try three more times, guiding me across all my activities.
