Markéta Vochoska Haindlová

JUDr. Markéta Vochoska Haindlová, LL.M. is an attorney-at-law and the President of the Czech Football Players Association, who completed her studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2009 and after graduating from the LL.M. program at the University of Zurich became a leading expert in sports law in Europe. Thanks to the experience gained during her studies and her position as the chairperson of the Appeals and Review Committee of the Football Association of the Czech Republic, she participated in the establishment of the Czech Football Players Association, which she currently heads. She also currently serves on the board of the European Division of the FIFPRO World Players‘ Union, where she was elected in the summer of 2021, and as an expert on doping issues she is a member of the Board of the National Court of Arbitration for Sport. Other projects in which Markéta is involved include the Shoes4Life Foundation and the Association of Professional Athletes.

Lenka Helena Koenigsmark

Lenka Helena Koenigsmark is a top marketing manager, for the last more than ten years she has been the Marketing Director of MATTEL for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

Within MATTEL, she also serves as Head of ERG – Diversity and Inclusion, where she works within the company culture to raise awareness of these issues and how it impacts real life. Outside of marketing and PR, he has been working for years on areas such as Diversity and Inclusion as well as CSR within companies and what it means for individuals.

As a mother of a severely disabled child, she knows first-hand what these issues mean and strives to raise their visibility in the public space.

Last year she ran for the Senate in Prague 6 with the theme of supporting the disabled, the elderly and women in politics. Besides, she often presents at conferences, speaking last year at TEDxUNYP, VOGUE live conference or this year at Czechitas, Sustainability summit or for Deloitte. She is the founder of Dobrodějna, a place that offers humanitarian aid to refugees.

Andrea Vlčková has been the Project Manager of the Czech Football Players Association since 2021. As a former professional athlete who has also been involved in the football environment since childhood, sport and everything around it is very close to her. Her main focus is on women’s football and her vision is to take this sport in the Czech Republic to a higher level. In this context, for example, she has already attended the Women’s Football Summit, which was organized by the world players‘ union FIFPRO in Amsterdam.

Andrea studied International Relations and European Studies, her second mother tongue is German and she is currently also active in the Shoes4Life Foundation and the Association of Professional and Amateur Athletes.

Apart from the above, she is a proud mother of a young daughter who also loves sports, and therefore Andrea is very concerned about the future of the Czech sports environment and the role of women in it.
